These old trucks were left to rot and rust away in this surrean pear orchard.

I took the pictures for this image three years prior to editing and publishing it. This was before high dynamic range photography* reached the main stream, but I had just happened to bracket this image and keep a steady hand in between shots. I loved the scene, but really disliked all the pictures that I had taken. It was simply too contrasty. Now, however, I am glad to have an image I like, even if it took over three years to come to fruition.
